Urban sculpture is a
primary interest of Mexican artist and architect Enrique Peñaloza, along with
painting and photography. By designing spaces and images that invite
interaction, he constantly searches for new ways to express the art of today
and seeks to develop new art concepts. Enrique studied architecture and design
in Mexico City and has participated in an urban sculpture workshop for 10
years. He has been exhibiting his artwork in Lawrence since 2003 and, for this
year’s ArtWalk, he will be exhibiting scale models of urban sculptures,
innovative photography and large canvas paintings. |
