Susan
hopes you will be able to join her for this year's
ArtWalk! She will be doing demonstrations of glass
beadmaking all weekend and will be selling her
handmade glass beads and jewelry. She has been making
glass beads for three years now, during which time she
has had the opportunity to take beadmaking classes
from three different nationally-known bead artists.
Each class has allowed her to add new skills and
tricks to her repertoire more rapidly than she would
do through experimentation alone.
Susan loves the fluidity of molten glass, and all of
the wonderful colors and depth and transparency one
can achieve with glass. She does not expect to ever
get bored with the seemingly endless styles and
techniques that can be used to make glass beads. “Come
