Landscapes continue to be Susan’s first love. One
series focuses on Kansas Native grasses when they turn
orange in the fall. Another celebrates the ‘Husky
Maidens’ or corn and milo stalks standing in fields.
New Mexican colors and forms haunt her, too. She works
in pastels, watercolors, monoprints and photography
and has shown her work in juried shows regionally and
nationally. |
