Jane is a full-time artist. Her media include
oil painting and ceramics. She does plein air painting in oil and is also
producing an abstract series about fossils. Her ceramics range from functional
to beyond functional. Functional forms include mugs and lidded forms such as
casseroles. Sometimes she pushes the functionality into sculptural ceramics,
aesthetic jars and forms. Jane also does a series of pastel drawings of antique
tractors. |
