Cathy's work is inspired by the sea as well as canyon forms, and she is fascinated by the vast variety of colors and textures found in these places. In a recent trip to Guatemala, Cathy was enamored by the textiles created by the wonderful people there and plans to incorporate aspects of them in her work soon.
