In 2000, owner Kelvin Schartz launched the ambitious "Kinetic Genome Project" to pursue uninvestigated mysteries of movement. This daring undertaking was inspired when an artsy rocket of unknown origin landed in the parking lot and spawned what is apparently the world's largest spider.
