Shellie's "wearable sculpture" has been described as "between jewelry and architecture." Roll-printed 18K gold, sterling silver, hand-cut natural stone and rubber are combined to create one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces. Shellie also designs site-specific indoor and outdoor sculpture such as "Mobility," the sculpture and fountain installation at the Lawrence Visitor Center, which was commissioned through the city's Percent-for-Art program.
