Joe has been recognized nationally and internationally
for his paintings in acrylic and oil mediums. He was
the guest artist at the 2003 Biennale Internazionalle,
Florence, Italy; and has been awarded 'signature artist'
status by the National Acrylic Painters Association
and the National Society of Artists. Galleries that
