Artist Biographical Statement
Kathleen has painted in watercolor and oil for the past 20 years. Her subject matter includes landscapes, city scenes, flowers and animals. Her recent focus is on en plein air painting, in the Flint Hills, as well as the Kansas City area in Penn Valley Park and Brush Creek Art Walk. Her paintings are displayed in Lawrence and Kansas City locations. She is a member of the Lawrence Art Guild and the Missouri Valley Impressionist Society.
